When can I place an order?

Tickets go on sale at 9am Monday 15th July. Orders must be placed online.

Early Bird Discounted Tickets?

There is a limit of 5 tickets per member @ $15 each until the limit of 900 tickets is reached. 

Do all guests need to have a rides pass?

No. All guests to the park who are NOT planning on going on any rides do NOT require a ride pass.

We have many kids coming, how do we find out all the heights and what tickets to order?

Our discounted price fits all sizes so you don't have to worry about heights. Children under 85cm (approximately 2 years old) are free. Please measure your child with their shoes on to avoid having to buy a ticket at the door.

What does the ride pass entitle us to?

Unlimited rides and access to Coney Island but does not include games in Side Show Alley. The SDA does not sell any game tickets.

Is any particular clothing required?

Yes. Closed in shoes are highly recommended as you will not be able to ride some attractions and we recommend wearing hats, sun glasses and sun cream regardless of the weather.

Does Luna Park still accept cash?

No. Luna Park is now a cashless venue.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No

Can I get a refund?

No. Luna Park have advised that as the ride passes are heavily discounted, included into the pricing is a no refund and no exchange policy. Please be careful when purchasing your tickets.

Covid 19

Luna Park will operate in accordance with the legal requirements as mandated by the NSW Government and patrons must agree with the current Public Health Orders.

If there was an official hotspot declared then these individuals would not be allowed on site, this would then be subject to a possible refund or exchange.
